Check-out time: 08:00 – 11:00
You must present a photo ID when checking in for all the guests staying.
Reception working hours: 08:00 – 22:00.
Please arrange with us the time slot of your intended check-in or check-out time, at least 1 day in advance.
If there are no previous guests in the room and it is ready, you can check-in as soon as you arrive.
If you come earlier then check-out time and the room is still occupied, you are welcome to use our premises before the room is ready for you.
Guests wishing to remain in the room to 18:00 and after 12:00 can do so only if there are no other guests arriving or already waiting for that room, an extra 50% charge of the daily room rate will be added to your accommodation bill.
In case of late check-out after 18:00 pm an extra 100% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill.
Cancellation
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
No-show Policy
- the hotel accommodation can be used only by the persons registered at the reception. Room visits are allowed only before 22:00. In case persons not registered during reservation are found in the room, the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation or charge additional fee
- in case of a long stay hotel may ask for a bill to be paid every 7 days, the balance is payable on departure. You may pay by cash or debit/ credit card (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
- check-out time is 11:00 and staying in the room after that time will be regarded as late check-out and charged extra. If you wish to have a late check-out, please inform reception by 10:00. We can store your luggage at reception until 22:00 on the day of your check- out
- prior to leaving the room, please check if you have closed the tap in the bathroom, switched off air-conditioning and closed the doors
- on check-out please return all room cards, fobs or any other keys given to you by the Hotel. In case of card or keys loss, please immediately inform the reception
- please check all your personal belongings on departure from the hotel, we send forgotten items only on request and expect you to pay for the postage. DHL costs from Montenegro are very high
- gratuity to the staff is not included. If you are satisfied with the service, it will highly appreciated if you leave tips for housekeeping staff on the bed of your room and general staff at reception or to your personal finding
- according to the Montenegrin law, smoking is not allowed in all hotel enclosed public areas
- it is strictly forbidden to bring easily inflammable and explosive materials, as well as objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel area. It is forbidden to use any electric appliances in the hotel (hot plates and the like), except those for personal hygiene (shaver, toothbrush, hair-dryer)
- pets are allowed only by prior arrangement during reservation process and additional supplement. Your furry friends should not be left alone in the room alone and should be kept under the supervision during your stay
- hotel is not liable for any theft, loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings
- please respect other guests and do not create noise, which could disturb other guests in the rooms, corridors and public areas, especially in the period from 22:00 to 8:00
- please inform the reception of any defects in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service. We will try our outmost to solve the problems
- please keep the equipment and furniture safe. We will be forced to charge you for any intentional damage caused during your stay. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.), accessories and decoration are intended for your use during your stay only at The Hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out or can be charged for them in the event of its dissapearance
- in case the hotel cancels accommodation to the guest because of violation of any of these rules, the guest will have to pay the total amount for accommodation of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
